Qvarta was commissioned to renovate the Mackóvár Kindergarten, which is located in a socially challenged part of Budapest.  Our goal was to renovate the kindergarten's exterior and interior in order to create a pleasant and inspiring environment for the children.

The facade of the building was completely remodeled, with special graphics that make the kindergarten unique. The new facade expresses the cheerfulness and child-centeredness of the kindergarten, contributing to the positive atmosphere of the environment.

Significant changes were also made in the interior of the building. A new salt room was designed to support children's health. In addition, a new  room for the caretakers and a social facility were created, where caretakers can do their work comfortably and efficiently.

The service building in the courtyard was also transformed and became the office unit of the kindergarten's management. In this way, the leaders are easily accessible and available to parents and kindergarten staff.

When designing the kindergarten, we paid special attention to the use of child-friendly materials and surfaces. We have ensured that the building uses materials that are safe, durable and easy to clean, so that the health and well-being of the children is always at the forefront.

In addition, we have installed modern mechanical systems that ensure energy-saving use.
