Designed to transition between a large-scale industrial zone and a lower-density residential area, this development comprises seven distinct building blocks of varying sizes that harmonize with the surrounding heterogeneous urban fabric. The structures are arranged along the site's periphery to enclose a protected, airy central courtyard featuring a mix of private, semi-private, and community spaces. Utilizing both point and longitudinal typologies, the project houses 156 apartments ranging from studios to three-bedroom units, supported by an underground garage and complemented by ground-floor retail, office, and community facilities to activate the street level.
