Affordable apartments wrapped in quality architecture. This was the biggest challenge for this multi residential apartment building complex located in a brownfield area of Budapest.

Strictly structured floor plans, economical use of materials and thoughtful technical solutions ensure that the project will be spatially and financially successful.

Furthermore, it was important to fit the scale with the neighboring buildings and the heterogeneous urban environment. The development is a city within a city. The different characters of the four building parts dissolve monotony and at the same time create a coherent whole.
